You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it without any additional charges.

After 12 hours, your order will be processed for production, and cancellations may not be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders that have already been processed and sent to production cannot be canceled.

Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify for a return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Changes to Your Order

We allow modifications to the design, size, color, or quantity of an order within 12 hours. If you need to make changes, please email us within this timeframe.
