Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re actively exploring options to expand our services globally, so stay tuned for updates if you’re outside the U.S.

Shipping Fee

We offer a straightforward, flat-rate shipping fee to keep things simple:

• Flat rate: $6.99 per order, regardless of quantity or location within the U.S.
• This flat rate ensures you can shop freely without worrying about complex shipping calculations or unexpected charges.

Processing & Production Time

All Poppytshirt products are made to order, meaning we begin crafting your items after your order is placed. This approach allows us to minimize waste and ensure every product is created with intention and care.

• Production timeline: 2 to 4 business days
• During this time, your apparel is printed, quality-checked, and prepped for shipping.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has completed production, it will be handed off to one of our trusted U.S.-based shipping carriers.

• Shipping duration: 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location
• Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days (including production)
• You’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Please note that during busy seasons (e.g., holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer due to high carrier volume.

Order Modifications

We understand that life happens and mistakes can occur. That’s why we allow a 12-hour window for changes:

• You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Changes requested after this window are not guaranteed as production may have already begun.
• To make a change, contact us immediately via email or our website’s contact form.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, there are occasional circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays:

• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions or regional shipping backlogs
• National holidays and peak seasonal demand

In the rare case that your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
